How does the free trial work?
Every service has its own independent 7-day trial with trial credits included. Starting a trial on one service does not use up your trial on another. No card is required.
What is the account activation charge?
A one-time charge covering number provisioning, DLT and account setup on the service you buy. It is billed once per service, on your first purchase of it, and appears as a separate line on your GST invoice.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. CloudShope never sees or stores your card details. A GST invoice is issued automatically once payment is confirmed.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate and split as CGST + SGST or IGST based on your registered state.
How is Truecaller Verified charged?
It is not a monthly or yearly plan. You buy Truecaller credits, and a credit is deducted for each call that goes out on a verified number — nothing is charged while a number sits unused. Registering a number submits your business to Truecaller, who review it and decide; approval is not immediate and is not guaranteed. A verification stays live until its term ends, after which you renew it like any other purchase.
How do I get call masking set up?
Call masking is configured on your account as part of your dialer or IVR setup rather than something you switch on yourself. Contact sales to add it.
Do I need Truecaller Verified and call masking together?
No — they solve different problems and you can buy either on its own. Truecaller Verified is about how your number looks when you call out; call masking is about keeping two real numbers apart once a call connects. Plenty of accounts run just one.
Does Truecaller Verified work on any number?
It works on a number you already own and can receive calls on. What it cannot do is guarantee approval — Truecaller reviews every submission against the business behind it, and the decision is theirs.
